PRODUCT INFORMATION
You can choose a stone considering the properties of a given mineral according to natural medicine, zodiac sign, or skin type to which the mineral is assigned. However, we recommend choosing the stone that you find most visually appealing. All properties of the stones are described in the SHOP category and on each product page.
All CRYSTALLOVE products are made exclusively from 100% natural stones, without dyes or artificial additives.
The stones come from various parts of the world depending on their occurrence, e.g., amethyst comes from Brazil, jade from China, and amber from Poland and the Baltic Sea regions. The final product is made in Poland, at our headquarters in Gdynia.
You have the option to have your product gift-wrapped. To do so, please write "gift wrapping" in the order notes when placing your order.
ORDERING PRODUCTS
After each change in order status, you will receive a notification at the e-mail address provided during the order placement. The processing time for each order is 1 to 2 business days. Please also account for the delivery time. We will send you ongoing notifications with your order status, and once the package is on its way – the tracking number.
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
Everything depends on the current status of your order. We can only make changes to your order up to a certain point. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service Department.
The discount code should be entered in the "discount code" field at the first stage of the order, in the "shopping cart". Please note that promotions and discounts cannot be combined. They are valid for the purchase of products at regular prices and for the purchase of items that are not subject to discounts or promotions.

We have chosen the best and fastest delivery methods for you: InPost 24h courier, InPost 24/7 parcel lockers, InPost 24h cash on delivery courier, and TNT courier for international shipments. For orders over PLN 199, delivery within Poland is free of charge. Delivery time within Poland is 1-2 business days.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
After each change in order status, you will receive a notification to the email address provided during checkout. The processing time for each order is 1 to 2 business days. Please also allow for the time required for delivery. We will keep you updated with your order status notifications, and once the package is on its way, you will receive the tracking number.
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.

4. HAS MY RETURN PARCEL ARRIVED YET?
COMPLAINT
You can make a complaint in our store in any way that is most convenient for you – electronically or in writing. To do this, use the complaint form available for download HERE.
Complaint by electronic means: send us an e-mail to sklep@crystallove.pl with the attached complaint form, and then send us the package with the note "COMPLAINT",
Complaint in writing: send us the goods immediately with the attached complaint form. Remember to choose a reliable delivery method and secure the items well so that they are not damaged during transport.

Complaints can be submitted within two years from the date of purchase. Notification should be made immediately after the defect occurs.
To find out if your parcel has arrived, check the tracking number and contact the carrier with whom you sent the parcel, or visit szybkiezwroty.pl
Our store has 14 business days to process your complaint. As a Customer, you have the right to: submit a statement of withdrawal from the sales contract, demand replacement with a defect-free item, or demand free repair of the product. We will process your complaint within a reasonable time and without undue inconvenience.
