We press silicone cups onto skin covered with natural oil and slide them over the skin. For massaging larger body areas, we choose large silicone cups, and for massaging smaller body areas - the smallest cup. Body massage with a cup is performed with a quick movement, so the cup's contact with the skin in one place should not last longer than 2 seconds. Remember not to perform the massage on dry skin not covered with oil, as this may result in skin damage or stretching. Slight skin redness is a natural symptom during cupping massage.
