How to perform a cupping massage?
1. Skin preparation:
- thoroughly cleanse the skin of your face, neck, and décolleté
- apply massage oil or serum to the skin to facilitate the movement of the cups and minimize friction
2. Face and eye area massage:
- gently place the cup on the skin and lightly squeeze to create a slight vacuum
- move the cup smoothly from the center of the face outwards, starting from the forehead, moving across the cheeks, down to the jawline
- for massaging the delicate eye area, choose a smaller cup and perform dot movements without sliding the cup
- repeat the movements several times
3. Neck massage:
- choose a larger cup for neck massage
- gently place the cup on the skin of the neck and squeeze to create a slight vacuum
- move the cup upwards from the base of the neck towards the jawline
- repeat the movements several times, ensuring even coverage of the entire neck
4. Décolleté massage:
- choose a larger cup for décolleté massage
- gently place the cup on the skin of the décolleté and squeeze to create a slight vacuum
- move the cup horizontally from the center of the décolleté towards the shoulders
- repeat the movements, ensuring even coverage of the entire décolleté area
