2. Filling: Fill the bottle with hot or cold beverages, leaving a little space at the top to allow for closing.
3. Closing: Make sure the cap is screwed on tightly to prevent leaks.
4. Transporting: The thermal bottle is ideal for taking to the gym, work, school, or on trips. Keep it in an upright position to prevent potential leaks.
