Perform the massage on cleansed skin covered with your favorite oil or serum so that the plate glides effortlessly over the skin. Move from the inside to the outside of the face, according to the instructions included in the packaging.

1. Cleanse your face, spray with a hydrolate, then apply your favorite oil or serum.
2. Start the massage from the forehead, moving from the inside to the outside of the face, and then towards the lymph nodes.
3. Repeat this action on the cheekbones, chin, and neck.
4. Massage around the eyes and along the eyebrows, draining excess lymph to the outside of the face and then towards the lymph nodes.

You can also use the CONTOUR GUA SHA plate for body massage.
